Prenatal, Birth & Postpartum Doula Services
Before birth: prepare birth plans, labor education, comfort techniques like breathing exercises, nursery prep During birth: Continuous support through massage, position changes, and encouragement, prayer, worship and helps mom voice her wishes. After birth: Assists with breast or bottle feeding, newborn care, light housekeeping, and emotional check-ins.
